Great book for beginners I'm one month into the training plan after not having a consistent running schedule at all, and I'm noticing I'm feeling a lot more in shape. I have some muscle fatigue but to help I take the rest days or cross train. It's a great book for beginners.Great info, easy to read and comprehend I have already run a marathon before buying this book, but will certainly utilize it for my next one. Great info, easy to read and comprehend.Now to apply what I've learned I'm preparing for an early December marathon. I've been running since March, but I had no plan or idea how to get myself "marathon ready." I found this book filled with lots of good suggestions and am excited to apply them. The author put the information, even the dry parts, in an easy to read and follow manner.
