Roger LeRoy Miller has served on the faculty of several universities, including the University of Washington, Clemson University, and the University of Miami School of Law. This book does not come with a mind tap access code meaning you will have to spend an extra hundred dollars just to access all the class materials such as the cases etc.Five Stars Good use of this book helped me get through my class with easy reading and use of case examples.Mandatory Read for School, but Pleasurable Used for my Business Law class. Very easy to read, very direct, great introduction. Wish it wasn't a textbook with textbook prices, I'd love to simply own a copy as a quick, generalized reference guide.
